Servers at Hale and Hearty soups are behind the counter. Must be available to work 4 months. All servers must provide excellent customer service; serving soups, salads, and sandwiches to guests. Servers must possess an upbeat
personality, excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others. Student must be flexible with their shifts.
All staff must be willing to help in all areas when needed; for example: cleaning, and back-of-house duties including carrying soups. Must be able to lift up to 30+ pounds.

Clothing : Employer provides your shirt and hat. Students MUST HAVE BLACK, NON-SLIP SHOES AND BLACK OR TAN-COLORED PANTS. All male students must be clean shaven. Students cannot have piercings or visible tattoos. Must be clean, odor-free, and well groomed at all times. Your uniforms must always be clean and wrinkle-free.

Students who are coming as group of friends or as a couple must also understand that they will not work at the same location. Students will be working at one of 20 different NYC locations. They will be assigned their location upon arrival.
