Complete opening and closing side work quickly and accurately. Greet all guests with an inviting smile and gracious hospitality. Produce Shake Shack food and beverage products for guest consumption.
Quickly and accurately deliver all guests’ food & beverages within time standards of Shake Shack. Maintain clean work stations. Restock all goods in stations following "First-In First-Out" procedures to ensure quality. Depending on level of English, student may also work as cashier.

Bonus: Yes. Revenue sharing: 1% of weekly sales are split within the hourly employees. The bonus amount given is based upon the hours worked. An average of $20-$30 weekly for 40 hours worked. There is also an attendance bonus given monthly.

Employees are required to work weekends. Shifts are 10am-6pm and 5:30pm-2am. Students will need to set up a Skype interview for final approval of the position.
