Description : Will be assigned to 1 of over 10 restaurants in this restaurant group on arrival. All restaurants are located in excellent locations in New York City. May be required to change restaurant after arrival based on restaurant group needs and your abilities. All positions require the ability to lift trays of food, bend and the ability to stand for the entire shift. All positions require some cleaning. You will be trained as a Stocker, Bus Person, Food Runner or other "Back Of House" (BOH) position. Some positions require customer interaction. MUST be friendly, organized, professional and flexible. MUST be willing to change positions to meet restaurant needs. MUST be able to multi-task and work well under stress. MUST be able to work any shift scheduled including holidays and late nights. Must work well with others as a restaurant is a team effort! MUST maintain established health and safety standards. Duties include but are not limited to; arranging food items in kitchen, assisting kitchen staff as needed, set up of tables/linens, learning restaurant menu, bringing food to tables, clearing tables of food. If you are unable to perform the duties of a Stocker/Bus Person/Food Runner/BOH you may be relocated to another position such as kitchen, dishwasher or other..

Grooming should be neat and clean.
