Description : Previous server experience a must! This position is very fast paced; taking orders, serving guests food and drinks (must be 21 years old to serve alcohol), maintaining excellent customer service throughout the meal (checking drinks, clearing plates), lifting heavy trays and full containers of dirty dishes, carrying to kitchen, stocking waitress station. You must have great customer service and language skills. Must be able to stand for long periods of time and be quick on your feet. Must like people and have a great attitude - you will be working directly with the guests. Do not accept if you have any physical limitations that would prevent you from performing this job. Must be willing to learn Utah liquor laws when you arrive, MUST MEMORIZE MENU before you come to the US.

Clothing: Servers must wear all black clothing, including plain shirt with no decoration and black non slip
resistant shoes. Ear piercing only & no more than two piercings per ear. Good hygiene must be maintained, including daily showering, use of deodorant and laundered clothes. Hair must be a neutral color.

Additional information:  Requires food handlers permit issued by the state health department which includes an interview conducted in English and a 12 page written test which is also in English. You will be emailed the menu as soon as you are hired, so study it for a few weeks. Then you will have a skype interview and take the menu test before you arrive. No party animals wanted! This little town has police that are very strict and underage drinking is not allowed. If you want a party town, this is not for you. If
you like the outdoors, enjoy hiking and/or photography and want to experience the beautiful National
Parks that surround this town, then this job is for you.

Housing deposit refundable: yes: If house is clean and free from damage, deposit will be refunded. EACH student will pay the $200 cleaning/damage deposit.
Utilities included:  Water & garbage service is $51/month; that is paid by the employer, anything above $51 is paid by the students.  Electricity is paid for by the students and is approximately $30 to $200 a month. 

Transportation from housing to work site: Walking .It is possible to walk just about everywhere in this town.
