Grooming, Clothing participant must bring/purchase: Must have well groomed, conservative appearance. Visible piercings restricted to no more than 2 holes per ear, must wear stud earrings while working. All long hair will have to be pulled up and off of the shoulders/away from the face while working. Guys any facial hair must be kept short and well groomed. We will provide shirt and visor which are to be returned before you leave the area at the end of your program. Students are required to bring/purchase black pants (no jeans or sweat pants)& wear non-slip, close-toed, black shoes which can be purchased from Wal-Mart, Payless Shoes or on-line from Shoes for Crews (www.shoesforcrews.com). Cost approx. $30 or less. If you would like for the employer to order your pants and shoes for you, they will be happy to do that. You just need
to email them your exact confirmed arrival information along with your shoe and pants sizes. If you
ask them to order them for you, the cost of them will be deducted from your first paycheck. You must
make this request for shoes, pants or both at least 2 week prior to arriving.

Conditions for deposit refund:  If the owner does not approve of the condition of your room or there are damages when you are leaving, you will lose all of your security deposit. Everyone in room is responsible. No loud music or parties. If you are evicted, you will lose all your money. No exceptions.

Utilities  included: Yes .Room will also have micro/fridge. This housing option is first come, first serve with no reservations  allowed.

Transportation details: Distance to employer depends on which of the two Williamsburg locations you are assigned to work. The distance will be between 1 and 1.70 miles. Students can either take the bus or ride a bike.
